David Salmanson is the best!! First, he always answers his phone. Our first contact was early in the morning on a weekend and I was calling from the East Coast. He instantly “got it” and listened to our needs. Then, the emails started coming in. We were searching for 3 properties and keeping it all straight was a challenge. He knows EVERYONE from plumbers and construction people to house cleaners and all the realtors. You will get the inside scoup! We closed two homes in the middle of the Holidays and one in a record 10 days just before Christmas, because of his expertise. I highly recommend David to anyone who just wants to get it done NOW!!
