Bought a Single Family home in West Hills

I purchased a home for my son in West Hills, CA. I live in another state, and I was trying to do everything all alone online. By what I truly consider to be divine intervention alone, I came across David Salmanson’s phone number. Immediately, he answered his phone (it was a holiday!). By the next day, he took my son all over LA to show him places he might be interested in. By that following weekend, I flew into LA, and David spent his entire weekend showing us properties. I vacillated from a condo to a house. Throughout the entire process, David was patient, understanding, informative and VERY enthusiastic. I would contact him and literally minutes later I would hear back from him. NEVER did I feel as though he was losing patience with our uncertainties. His knowledge about the entire real estate aspect (which is completely foreign to me), was vast/extensive. That weekend, my son found the home of his dreams, and we were blessed enough to be chosen amongst multiple other bidders to buy that home. David kept me informed of the entire process while I was residing in another state. Not only did he help us find my son’s dream home, but he assisted us in the arduous process of securing the home–step by step. I never felt “alone” in the entire process, as I knew David would have or find the answer. Even AFTER the escrow completely closed, David put my son and I in touch with multiple useful resources (everything from assistance with the pool, to help with getting new windows, roofing, etc)–especially since this was my young son’s first home purchase and he was completely alone for the arduous task. I have yet to meet a harder, more impressive realtor, determined person than David Salmanson. In fact, I even tried enlisting him to help me purchase a home in my own state to discover that is not a viable option, to my dismay. Unequivocally, I will use David to assist my son with any future home selling or purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend him as your realtor to any friend, family, patient. Thank you, David, for all of your help. My son and I LOVE his new home.
