- AFTER BUYER FINDS THE PERFECT HOME, AN OFFER TO BE WRITTEN WITH YOUR REALTOR.
- YOUR REALTOR TO PRESENT YOUR OFFER TO THE LISTING AGENT.
- AFTER THE OFFER IS ACCEPTED, WE OPEN ESCROW!
- BUYERS TO SUBMIT DEPOSIT IN ESCROW WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER ESCROW IS OPENED
- PAPERWORK, INCLUDING SELLER DISCLOSURES WILL BE PROVIDED TO BUYERS WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER.
- LENDER TO ORDER THE HOME APPRAISAL ON BEHALF OF BUYER.
- BUYER TO SCHEDULE HOME INSPECTIONS
- AFTER THE HOME INSPECTIONS, BUYERS TO SUBMIT TO SELER A REQUEST FOR REPAIR
- BUYERS TO DISCUSS CONTINGENCY REMOVALS WITH REALTOR
- BUYER TO RECEIVE ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FROM ESCROW (BUYER TO FILL OUT AND COMPLETE ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURN TO ESCROW).
- UTILITIES – SCHEDULE THE TRANSFER TO YOUR NAME
- LOAN FUNDS (TYPICALLY 1-2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE)
- CLOSING – TITLE TRANSFER, COE (CLOSE OF ESCROW)
- BUYER TO RECEIVE THE KEYS TO THEIR NEW HOME.
