  • HOME BUYER TO BE PRE-APPROVED BY LENDER
  • HOME SEARCHING BEGINS (DAVID YOUR REALTOR, WILL BEGIN THE SEARCH FOR YOUR PERFECT HOME)
  • AFTER BUYER FINDS THE PERFECT HOME, AN OFFER TO BE WRITTEN WITH YOUR REALTOR.
  • YOUR REALTOR TO PRESENT YOUR OFFER TO THE LISTING AGENT.
  • AFTER THE OFFER IS ACCEPTED, WE OPEN ESCROW!
  • BUYERS TO SUBMIT DEPOSIT IN ESCROW WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER ESCROW IS OPENED
  • PAPERWORK, INCLUDING SELLER DISCLOSURES WILL BE PROVIDED TO BUYERS WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER.
  • LENDER TO ORDER THE HOME APPRAISAL ON BEHALF OF BUYER.
  • BUYER TO SCHEDULE HOME INSPECTIONS
  • AFTER THE HOME INSPECTIONS, BUYERS TO SUBMIT TO SELER A REQUEST FOR REPAIR
  • BUYERS TO DISCUSS CONTINGENCY REMOVALS WITH REALTOR
  • BUYER TO RECEIVE ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FROM ESCROW (BUYER TO FILL OUT AND COMPLETE ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURN TO ESCROW).
  • UTILITIES ā€“ SCHEDULE THE TRANSFER TO YOUR NAME
  • LOAN FUNDS (TYPICALLY 1-2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE)
  • CLOSING ā€“ TITLE TRANSFER, COE (CLOSE OF ESCROW)
  • BUYER TO RECEIVE THE KEYS TO THEIR NEW HOME.
