David Salmanson is the absolute best realtor in which I have ever done business. He was instrumental in selling my home of many years. My father built me this home & so it had a special place in my heart. I did not just want to move anywhere. David was so sensitive to this & “got it”. He dove in with assertiveness assisting me in finding the most lovely, comfortable, & homey condo anyone could wish for. He also assisted me in finding estate sale & cleaning crews to help me. I didn’t have to do a thing. David made it happen! I am so happy I picked David. His expertise along with his outgoing personality made my buying & selling experience (in only 1 month) as smooth as possible & fun & exciting at the sametime My experience with David Salmanson was nothing but positive. I highly recommend him.
