I highly recommend David as a realtor. His guidance, support and advice through the process all came with a level of experience. It’s important to choose a realtor that not only knows the area but also interacts well with other agents. That is one of David’s strongest assets: a realtor is supposed to cater to your interests as a buyer and is your representative to other realtors. Knowing other realtors in the area makes the negotiation process less painful and knowing what the buyer wants arms him with what he needs to exercise his craft. In terms of responsiveness, you would think that David is attached to his phone! He was the first to respond to my initial house query, and responds to texts within minutes. He also provides great advice with the process and has attention to detail, looking for aspects that may not always be obvious to a buyer. His Rolodex has solid contacts from lenders, to inspectors, to construction contractors. … and he knows a great taco place in the West Valley, in case you get hungry while house hunting!
