My husband and I have bought and sold quite a few homes over the past 45 years. In all of those years we have never had the pleasure of doing business with anyone as upstanding as David. We were looking to buy a home in a nice area in a specific price range for our daughter. David dedicated every moment he could searching and in a very short time found exactly what we wanted. We made an offer and went into escrow. This is what is so special about David…he set up the home inspection as well as a plumbing inspection which is something we had never encountered before. David thought we could negotiate the repair costs against the selling price, which we did. David was in touch with us on a daily basis throughout the escrow process and made himself available almost 24/7. He vigilantly looked out for our interests from the beginning to the end of the sale.
