Bought a Townhouse home in Woodland Hills

My husband and I just purchased our first home and our agent David, walked us through the home buying process with ease. The first home I saw and placed an offer with was made from a quick decision, but David was not convinced it was the right one for me and he was right! Luckily my offer was not accepted which was a sign 🙂 I found the second home on a Tuesday afternoon and called David to schedule to see it that same evening. We both felt much better about this home and I placed an offer the next day, and the offer was accepted that evening. But the end of the following week, we were in escrow and at the end of the month we closed. So in about 30 days, we got the house! The home was supposed to sell as-is but with David’s help, we got credit from the seller to put towards repairs. David also introduced us to our now preferred lender. Honestly, without the both David and his lender, I don’t think we would have gotten the house. And his help does not stop there. He’s always available and will give you great referrals to all types of contractors and service providers. I highly recommend David as your next agent.
