Just like in previous months, the Southern California home prices are hitting new highs, however the market is cooling off just a little. Although the sales are slowing down just a little, it is still the sellers’ market with prices remaining high, and homes still selling over asking price and inventory remains low. Buyers are still motivated by rock bottom mortgage rates. Homes in Calabasas still experienced a big 9% increase in selling price
