The Calabasas housing market picked up in February in comparison to the previous month January 2023.
Median Sold Price for homes in Calabasas, CA increased by 4% from $1,380,000 to 1,435,000.
Median List Price decreased by about 1% from $2,972,000 to $2,700,000
Sale to List Price increased by 0.5% from 96.9% to 97.4%
Homes sold in 36 days instead of 65 the previous month.
Inventory decreased to 15 from 21 in January.
As a trend we can say that home owners lowered their list price very slightly, but that resulted in their homes selling at an increased price in comparison to the previous month. Homes still sold very close to List price and they sold fast. While home sales slowed in November 2022-January 2023, once again in February, homes started selling shortly after they hit the market.
