In May 2024, the housing market in Calabasas remained stable with inventory remaining low and sale prices staying leveled. The Active median price decreased however indicating that some homes might have been overpriced. Still, the median home price in Calabasas is up over 27% from last year. Nevertheless, since the price range in Calabasas homes prices vary significantly depending on the location, gated community and status of the property, the rather large drop in Active Median Price may indicate that homes of lower value went up for sale. The Median Sold price increased by $60,000 which is roughly 3% . Homes also stayed on the market for 13 days longer than in April and sold just a little bit below asking price.
