David is AMAZING! Trustworthy. Extremely knowledgeable and hard working. His experience sold our home. He was clam when were not. He managed the buyers agent and loan officer to make sure the deal would close. He knew all the ends and outs. Words can’t explain how important it is to have a true professional like him in your corner. I’d recommend him to everyone I know. He just got the most money per square footage ever in our area. That’s crazy. We thought the market was slowing down, and he did this! Wow. Hire a vet, don’t waist your time and money on folks that don’t know the area. He rocks and is the best! Our kids will attend college for the money he made us. What a blessing.
