With rising interest rates and many people taking advantage of travel and summer vacations,  real estate sales slowed down a little in July 2022. David Salmanson continued selling homes and successfully closed several escrows.

July 2022 real estate market in West Hills and Calabasas

In comparison to the month of June 2022, here are some real estate updates for the month of July 2022. Median sale prices fell slightly in West Hills and Woodland Hills and increased in  Calabasas. Homes stayed on the market for about 30-36 days, which is about the same as in June.

West Hills
Median Price Sold: $1,039,000  (-$11,000)
Sale to List Price: 101%
Median days on the Market: 36 Days

Calabasas
Median Price Sold: $1,612,500   (+$180,000)
Sale to List Price: 100%
Median days on the Market: 32 Days

Woodland Hills
Median Price Sold: $1,189,500  (-$10,50)
Sale to List Price: 101%
Median days on the Market: 30 Days
