Simi Valley Recreation and Park District owns and operates Sinaloa Golf Course, a 9-hole, par-27 layout that plays 1,088 yards from the back tees. The course originally opened in 1958 and was renovated by Cal Olsen and the design team of Geoff Shackelford, Dave Axland, and Dan Proctor, giving it the polished layout golfers enjoy today.
Sinaloa welcomes juniors, seniors, families, and golfers of all ages and abilities. The course is perfect for introducing new golfers to the game, and it’s definitely a fun place to play! If you want to improve your short game and scoring, Sinaloa is the ideal spot to practice. Seven of the nine holes feature bunkers, so be sure to bring your sand wedge! As of 2026, the course continues to be a beloved community fixture and a great option for a quick round any day of the week.
