The homes range in size from 1,400 sq ft to over 5,000 sq ft. They are priced from $600,000 to up and above $2,000,000. The HOA fees are very affordable at $170 per month. Architectural styles of homes vary from street to street and homes are completed with a variety of finishes. Homes in the Rancho Conejo Homes community have open floor plans and beautiful curb appeal.
