It has been a very hot real estate year and in May 2021, home sales sky rocketed, surpassing 2020 numbers by 16-22% in West Hills, Woodland Hills and Calabasas, California. With inventory being low, the homes are receiving multiple offers, selling over asking price and flying off the market.
For example, in West Hills, in May 2021, homes sold 6.6% over asking price, in Woodland Hills, they sold 15% over asking price, and in Calabasas, homes sold 4% over asking price.
