Although housing sales stared to fall slightly in comparison to the first few months in 2022, June real estate sales in Calabasas and surrounding areas remained strong.

In comparison to the month of May, here are some important real estate updates for the month of June 2022. With rising interest rates, home prices in Calabasas, West Hills and Woodland Hills, CA decreased and Sale to list price fell as well. Homes stayed on the market for about 1 month, which is about 1-2 weeks longer than in the spring months.
