Woodridge Homes is a newer gated community where homes range from 3,000-5,000 sq ft. This community was built in the early 2,000’s and features 100 homes. The home prices range from $1,000,000 to upper $1,800,000. Woodridge is a very private community tucked away in the hills of Thousand Oaks and surrounded by mountains and hiking trails.
