How to Get to and Around Rocky Pointe Natural Park

Rocky Pointe Natural Park is located just outside of Simi Valley, California. The park is only 10 minutes from the 101 freeway and it’s easy to find. There are several entrances to the park, so you can choose the one that fits your needs.

The main entrance is off of Whitaker Road. To get there, take the 101 Freeway to Whitaker Road and exit at the first exit. Drive south on Whitaker Road for about 1 mile until you reach a small parking lot on your left. The entrance to Rocky Pointe Natural Park is just down the road from this parking lot.

If you’re coming from Ventura County, take the 101 Freeway to Moorpark Road and exit at Moorpark Road/Whitaker Rd. Drive south on Moorpark Road for about 10 miles until you reach Whitaker Road. Turn left on Whitaker Road and drive about 1 mile until you reach the parking lot mentioned above.

If you’re coming from Los Angeles or Orange County, take the 5 Freeway to the 134 Freeway and exit at Whitaker Rd./Victory Blvd. Drive east on Whitaker Rd./Victory Blvd. for about 4 miles until you reach Whitaker
