2021 Real Estate market remained strong all the way through the end of the year in Calabasas, West Hills, Woodland Hills and surrounding areas.
Inventory remained low and homes kept their value. Calabasas homes prices continued to rise but they stayed on the market longer, on average over 60 days. Inventory in West Hills was very short and homes continued to sell in about 3 weeks.
